Welcome to Alvarez & Marsal Real Estate Advisory Services’ website for the Privatization Real Estate Support Services (PRESS) contract.

This website provides information on the Beale Air Force Base Enhanced Use Leasing Project.

The Department of the Air Force - through the United States Air Force, the Air Force Real Property Agency, and Alvarez & Marsal Real Estate Advisory Services - is pleased to announce an enhanced use leasing opportunity for the Rail-Accessible Industrial, Waste Water Treatment, and Renewable Energy Development Project on Beale AFB, California. The project is a real estate ground lease transaction involving approximately 430 acres of developable land and improvements at Beale AFB. The Air Force is seeking to enter into an agreement with an offeror to develop the projects under a Master Intent to Lease Agreement. The essence of the Master Intent to Lease Agreement will be a commitment by the Air Force to enter into one or more ground lease agreements, each having terms that will not exceed 50 years.
