The Department of Air Force is seeking qualified entities for a housing privatization project at four Air Forces Bases across the United States, collectively referred to as the Western Group: Beale AFB, California; F.E. Warren AFB, Wyoming; Malmstrom AFB, Montana; and Whiteman AFB, Missouri.
- Real estate transaction to privatize military family housing
- Seeking qualified entities to own, renovate, operate and maintain 3,264 family housing units for at least 50 years
- Convey: 4,047 existing units
- Demolition: 1,497 units
- Construction: 714 units
- End State: 3,264 units
Solicitation Documents
A Request for Proposals (RFP) will be prepared to fully define the housing privatization opportunities at the Western AFBs, and to outline the developed submission documentation requirements.
